Citadel Ops documentation

Citadel Ops is live operations for DayZ servers, built on our own server-side mod.

One thing goes on your game box — @CitadelAdmin, ours — and it is server-side only, so your players download nothing. There is no RCon password to hand over, no third-party account to buy, and no rate limit between us and your server. What you get

• The console — a live map of players, vehicles and world events, the roster beside it, player dossiers with aliases and linked accounts, and the admin toolkit.
• Getting help — how to reach Citadel when pairing or delivery is stuck.
• Citadel Overwatch — one Discord bot you invite. Killfeed, chat relay, leaderboards, server status. Nothing to create or host.
• Perk fulfilment — deliver perks from your own store through one signed webhook. LB Core cosmetics on any linked server. Priority queue and whitelist only when the game box can write those files.

What Citadel is not

Worth being direct, because the answer is usually a relief:

• You do not have to move your store. Keep whatever you already run and point it at the fulfilment webhook — Citadel is the automation behind it, no cut of your sales, nothing to migrate. If you would rather not run a checkout at all, Citadel can host the store instead: $10 a month plus 5% per sale, into your own Stripe account.
• We do not host your website. Citadel is a console and a store, not a CMS.
• We do not restart your server. Restarts stay with your host or your own scheduler. Citadel knows when yours are due and warns your players before one lands.

How it fits together

1. Sign up at app.citadel-hub.com/signup, add your server, and install @CitadelAdmin on the game box. Ops issues one Server ID and key that connect the two.
2. Your server appears — population, map, version — and the live map fills in as players connect.
3. Invite Overwatch to your Discord (optional) and run /connect for the killfeed, chat relay, leaderboards and live server status.
4. Point your existing store at the fulfilment webhook and perks deliver themselves — queued through restarts, retried until they land, never granted twice for one order.
