What you pay Citadel for the platform. (This is separate from player payments, which go to you.)

Plans

Each piece is à la carte, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe:

Managing your subscription

Use Open Stripe portal on the Billing page to update your card, switch plans, cancel, or download invoices.

What "live" means

A service is live only while it has an active subscription or a running trial; otherwise it's suspended. A suspended service stops (and its in-game grants are revoked) until billing resumes — so past-due is recoverable, not destructive.
