Discord bot

The bot is Citadel Overwatch.

Invite it, run /connect, paste the code in the console. Killfeed, chat relay, leaderboards and live server status, scoped per server.

There is no separate Discord Bot plan, no Services screen, and no per-customer application to create. Overwatch is $9 a month, or $20 bundled with fulfilment as Citadel Ops.
