The console

Everything happening on your server, on one screen. Sign in at ops.citadel-hub.com.

The console, live map, roster, player directory and activity are free with any claimed server, at any number of servers. Never per server, never per seat. The paid parts are Overwatch and Fulfilment, one flat price per organization.

The live map

Players, vehicles and tracked world objects, drawn on your server's actual terrain. The roster sits beside it, so you can go from a name in a list to a position on the map without losing either.

LAYERS lists every layer by name with a count of each: players, vehicles, territory flags, base parts, tents, stashes, barrels and crates, wrecks, bodies and world events, each on its own switch. Your choices are remembered, and the map remembers whether you prefer satellite or topographic imagery, because which one reads better depends on the map and on you.

Hover a territory flag for how far it is raised, who owns it with their LBmaster group tag where the server sends one, and how long the territory has left.

On a DayZ Expansion server, trader zones, safe zones, ATMs and trader NPCs get their own layers with the next Citadel Admin update, read from your mission files at startup so they work on rented hosts too. The console side is live today. On an LBmaster server, airdrops appear by crate type as they land and stay marked as looted for half an hour after somebody takes one.

Draw your own zones

DRAW lets you draw a circle or an area around a base, a town or an airfield, and name it. Rules can then use it, and players entering or leaving a drawn zone show in Activity and can go to Discord. Renaming a zone updates the rules that use it, and a zone a rule still needs cannot be deleted by accident.

Movement history and replay

Pick a time range and scrub through where every player went. The replay carries kills, zone entries and airdrops on the same timeline, so a raid report is checked against the record rather than against the accused.

Positions come from the mod's own snapshots, shipped every few seconds by @CitadelAdmin in direct mode or via the Citadel Server Manager Ops link. The console shows how old each layer is, so a board that has stopped updating says so rather than looking live.

Player dossiers

Click anyone for their record on this server since its last wipe. It is scoped deliberately: a lifetime figure across every server a player has ever touched answers a different question from the one a moderator is asking.

A dossier carries:

  • Stats — kills, deaths, playtime, longest shot, weapon breakdown
  • Aliases — every name they have used, with first and last seen
  • Sessions — every connection we recorded, which the game server itself keeps no history of
  • Linked accounts — other accounts that have shared an address

Linked accounts are reported with a confidence and a reason. A shared VPN exit links people who have nothing to do with each other, so a link found only on a flagged address is marked weak and says why. Treat it as a lead, not a verdict.

Rules

Community → Rules reads the events your server already sends and acts when one matches: post a line in your feed, message the player, kick them, or ban them for a while. Chat filters and name filters are what most people want it for. Chat matches whole words, so a filter for one word does not catch a longer word that contains it. Names match anywhere and are checked when a player joins. Staff can be listed as exempt.

A rule can be tied to a zone: only inside your base zone, unless the base is in a safe zone, or when a watched player enters or leaves the airfield. Raid alerts and watched players use the same machinery. If Citadel cannot tell where something happened, a rule with a zone exception holds instead of acting.

Every rule starts by watching. It records what it would have done and does nothing, so you can read "this would have kicked 340 people" before it kicks anybody. A rule can never do something the person who made it could not do by hand, nothing fires twice for the same player inside its cooldown, and every match is listed, including the ones it held, for thirty days.

DayZ Expansion

Server → Market adds up every Expansion trade and ATM movement: what traders paid out and took in, whether money is piling up, which items and traders carry the market, and which players the market is paying most. It needs Expansion's Market and ATM logging switched on and the log shipped to Citadel, and the screen says so when nothing has arrived.

Staff messages, broadcasts, restart warnings and rule warnings arrive as an on-screen notification. On an Expansion server they look like Expansion's own.

LBmaster

LB Core delivers cosmetics, and LBmaster's webhooks feed the other way: group changes, airdrops and the rest land in Activity and in the Discord feeds you route them to. Group tags on territory flags come from the same source, so they appear on servers that send them and are left out rather than guessed where they do not.

Diagnostics

One screen that names what is broken and where the fix is: on the game box or on our side, in plain operator language. It catches a refused Server ID or key, a mod or Server Manager that has gone quiet, a metrics feed that stopped, and a Discord channel Overwatch can no longer post to, with how many posts failed and what Discord said, and points at the setting to change. Everything is still recorded in Citadel while the Discord copy is missing.

Outage alerts go to Discord when a server goes offline, the link goes quiet or telemetry stops: raised once, cleared once, with scheduled restarts suppressed.

The admin toolkit

Kick, ban, message one player, or broadcast to everyone. Each action is recorded in the audit log against the staff member who ran it.

Beyond that, whatever @CitadelAdmin exposes on your server: teleport, heal, kill, spawn items, repair or delete vehicles, open locked containers, set the time or weather, wipe AI. Compensation is a catalog of kits the mod can deliver, held for the player until they reconnect and never delivered twice. The list is read from your server's own catalog rather than hardcoded, because what is available depends on which mods you run — so you see what you actually have.

World actions are grouped separately, and the ones that change the world for everybody at once are marked. Their reach is different in kind from a player action: everyone online feels a weather change and nothing tells them why.

Restart warnings

This console does not restart the process. The schedule here is warnings only.

On a rented host, restarts stay with the host panel. On a Server Manager box, Discord /server-control can start, stop and restart.

Enter the same times the box actually restarts on, pick a warning ladder, and the console broadcasts in-game before each one.

Times are entered in your own timezone and daylight saving is handled, so a 6am local restart stays 6am local across the change.

What the console cannot do

Worth stating plainly:

  • It cannot restart, stop or start your server from this screen. Discord /server-control can, on a Server Manager box. A rented host stays with the host panel.
  • It cannot read or change files on the game box. That is the Server Manager, on a machine you control. A rented host never gets that app.
  • It cannot act at all once you delete profiles/Citadel/cloud.json on a rented host, turn the Ops link off in the Server Manager, or remove the mod, all of which are yours to do without telling us
