Buying perks (for players)

This is for players buying perks on a community's store.

1. Open the store

Go to the community's store page (your server admin will share the link — it looks like https://<community>.sites.citadel-hub.com/store).

2. Sign in with Steam

Click Sign in with Steam and approve. This links your purchase to your in-game account so the perk applies to you.

3. Buy a perk

Pick a perk and click Buy. If it asks any questions (like your Steam64), fill them in, then continue to secure checkout (powered by Stripe). Your card details go straight to Stripe — the store never sees them.

4. Get your perk in-game

After payment you're returned to the store with a confirmation, and your perk is applied on the server automatically — usually within a few seconds. For recurring perks, it stays active as long as your subscription is, and is removed when it ends.

Help

If a perk doesn't apply, contact the community's admins — they can see the order and re-apply the grant. Payment questions (receipts, refunds) are handled by the community through Stripe.
